Arômes intenses de griottes macérées à l’alcool, de fruits très mûrs, mais également d’aromates comme le laurier et le poivre gris ; nez qui évolue à l’agitation sur des délicates odeurs de garrigues. La bouche harmonieuse, caressante et bien structurée, confirme les saveurs toutes méditerranéennes, dans un palais aux tanins bien intégrés et savoureux. C’est un vin sudiste !
